Delivery

I currently only ship within the UK. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail and should be with you up around 5 working days from your order. You can choose between first class and second class postage at the checkout.

Over the Christmas period I offer free delivery on orders over £30.00 and send these via Royal Mail Tracked 48h Service.

Dispatch is between 1-3 days.

Order by 15th December for Christmas Delivery (but of course Royal Mail may experience delays outside of my control so please order sooner if possible).

Returns

If you are unhappy with your items please read the below returns policy and email me on hello@laurenfayepeachey and I will get back to you as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The returns policy lasts 28 days from delivery. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, from 14th November to 20th December I will accept returns until 14th January.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be put back on the original method of payment as soon as possible.
